A small intimate class that offers a variety of standing, seated and restorative poses. This class will help you to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities and life. We will use props to assist you to maintain balance while you are renewing and
A small intimate class that targets the fascia, ligaments and joints of the body whilst stimulating the energy meridians throughout the body. With 3-5 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice.
A quiet, gentle and meditative practice with music, incorporating long held floor poses to nourish the joints and improve flexibility. The use of props will help you reach deeper release. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.

About Karen Leanne Yoga
Karen fell in love with Yoga as a teenager and has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years. She teaches
Yin, Restorative and a flowing Hatha style incorporating the many different influences and styles of yoga she has tried over the years. She comes from a background in fitness, is a Certificate III & IV qualified Personal trainer and a Certified Pilates Instructor.
She loves to help people achieve their fitness and health goals and believes that Yoga should be fun.
Karen is a registered Yoga Australia Level 1 teacher and completed her Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training at the Victorian Institute of Yoga Education and Teacher Training (VIYETT) – one of Melbourne’s most well established Yoga Schools with almost 20 years of experience in Yoga Teaching and Teacher Training.
