This gratitude practice can really help make a positive impact on your life. Our life experience is based on what we focus on. The questions below are designed to cause you to experience more happiness, excitement, pride, gratitude, joy, commitment and love every day of your life.
Remember the quality of your life is the quality of the questions you ask yourself daily!
The morning gratitude practice questions
Come up with 2 to 3 answers for each of the questions and fully feel your answers. If you have difficulty discovering an answer simply replace “am I” with the words “could I be”.
Example: What could I be most happy about in my life now?
- What am I most happy about in my life now? What about that makes me happy? How does that make me feel?
- What am I most excited about in my life now? What about that makes me excited? How does that make me feel?
- What am I most proud of about in my life right now? What about that makes me proud? How does that make me feel?
- What am I most grateful about in my life now? What about that makes me grateful? How does that make me feel?
- What am I enjoying most in my life right now? What about that do I enjoy? How does that make me feel?
- What am I committed to in my life right now? What about that makes me committed? How does that make me feel?
- Who do I love? Who loves me? What about that makes me loving? How does that make me feel?
The evening gratitude practice questions
- What have I given today? In what ways have I been a giver today?
- What did I learn today?
- How has today added to the quality of my life or how can I use today as an investment in my life?
- Optional repeat the morning power questions
Problem-solving questions
- What is right/great about this problem/day?
- What is not perfect yet?
- What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
- What am I willing to not do to make it the way I want it?
- How can I enjoy doing the things necessary to make it the way I want it?
