I know it’s hard to motivate yourself to exercise when you are feeling tired and have low energy. However, moving your body regularly is incredibly important for your overall health and can actually increase your energy levels. You don’t have to get up straight away and run a marathon. Simple regular movements can be great to start you off in the right direction to improve your energy.

Here are 4 simple movements for energy which will help you feel more flexible, stretch your muscles and help you feel good. These simple stretches and exercises can be done first thing in the morning to help support your energy. You don’t need any equipment and they only take a few minutes.
